  • Vignette authoring: write realistic clinical cases a model has to handle correctly — triage, contraindications, edge presentations.
  • Rubric design: operationalize clinical reasoning so labs can score models against it.
  • Safety red-teaming: find where a model would harm a patient, and document exactly why.

Who we look for

  • Licensed physicians, NPs, PAs and pharmacists for specific task lines.
  • State your license and jurisdiction in the application — some projects are US-only or EU-only.
  • Before your first payout you complete identity verification and tax forms (W-9 or W-8BEN). That is the onboarding requirement today.
